Like you, we have been addressing the complex and evolving challenges created by the coronavirus (COVID-19). Following events and escalation over the past few days, we wanted to update you on our current status and approach.
Our top priorities are taking care of our people and supporting our clients, to ensure we continue to provide you with excellent service, while working safely. We have followed guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO), the NHS and the Government.
As necessary, we have taken decisions to alter our pattern of working and restrict travel to a minimum and cancel non-essential meetings so as to safeguard us all. We are enabling and supporting our personnel to continue to work productively through remote working and the use of our integrated technology and systems, including Skype conferencing, FaceTime, conference calling, remote data and systems access and other collaborative tools.
We are anxious to maintain our close working relationship with you during these difficult weeks ahead and to continue to deliver a high quality, professional service, which meets your requirements of time, cost and quality.
To help us ensure that any queries or questions you have are answered quickly, we would be grateful if you could, wherever possible, translate your phone enquiries into email transmissions directed to the staff member working on your scheme, noting the job reference / title, and a very brief explanation of your query. If you are not sure where to direct your query to, please use our firstname.lastname@example.org address and this will be forwarded accordingly. Telephones will of course continue to be answered.
Crucially, we remain fully operational and our office remains open and will continue to do so unless the Government’s Health Advisers direct otherwise. We will continue to support all of our clients through modified working practices. We are confident in the resilience of our business and our ability to continue to provide our full range of services throughout this period, whilst supporting the health and wellbeing of everyone.
In the weeks ahead, we will continue to monitor and respond to COVID-19, providing you with updates on our approach to the situation and how we are maintaining business continuity and service levels throughout.
These are unprecedented times – however we remain dedicated to working together in navigating the challenges ahead.
