Keith is a Partner at IDPartnership, with over 15 years Practice experience in his native North East. Passionate about design from the macro scale of the Masterplan to the micro scale of the detail, Keith firmly believes in ‘going the extra mile’ to achieve the desired outcome for each client. He actively and keenly promotes sustainable architectural forms and techniques within the Practice’s portfolio.
He has gained extensive experience and knowledge over the years working on numerous award-winning small, medium and large-scale developments within the public and private sector, urban renewal schemes and area-wide Masterplans
Keith’s expertise is major Bid submissions, planning and design works. He has a keen eye on the practicality and deliverability of schemes to a budget in addition to achieving a simple but aspirational architectural aesthetic.
Over the past eight years, he has successfully led numerous Barratt David Wilson Masterplanning and Regeneration Tender Schemes and Planning Appraisals.
