The delivery team were selected by Tees Valley Unlimited as preferred developer for this iconic £170 million flagship redevelopment, which is key to the success of the ‘Darlington Gateway’ scheme for the regeneration of Darlington and the Tees Valley. This 22.5 ha brownfield site lies 1 km to the north east of the town centre.
In 2012 IDPartnership joined the Central Park Design Team and were given the opportunity of completing the Masterplan and successfully achieving planning approval for a hybrid planning application for a total residential development of up to 507 units; 1700 sqm of the use classes A1, A3 and A4; 26,500 sqm office development (B1), hotel (C1), and a multi-storey car park.
