Project Description:

For Ascent Homes, IDPartnership prepared design proposals, and secured planning permission, to bring the historic Allerburn House site back into use. The proposals seek to refurbish and convert Allerburn House into 3 large apartments, refurbish the single storey Lodge for use as a new home, as well as provide 14 new-build executive homes. Enabling works have now commenced on site.
