Project Description:

Based on a former garrison site with rich landscape and military heritage assets, this project sought outline approval for a new ‘garden city’ comprising 2,000 new homes, a new district centre, new primary and secondary schools, and an abundance of new public open space, including SANGs. The proposals were landscape-led, based on a blue-green grid of landscaped corridors and SuDS.
