Project Description:

IDPartnership Northern (IDP) were appointed by Bellway Homes to design a new headquarter office building housing 100 staff for the FTSE 250 company. Previously based in a listed property with small cellular offices, Bellway needed a contemporary office space that reflected their 21st century business needs while also spoke of Bellway’s tradition. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Bellway have relocated to the newly formed Airview Park adjacent to Newcastle airport with fantastic transport links to enable them to quickly access their national divisions. The site benefits from a rich landscape setting with long ranging views through 360o. Therefore, the building is designed around the concept of a ‘Pavilion in the Park’.

Bellway moved into their New Home - Woolsington House in summer 2020 and are settling in well. The provision of high quality staff welfare facilities, including gym, large breakout room, and roof terrace, has been a particular highlight.
