Project Description:

For Barratt David Wilson Homes Southampton, IDPartnership prepared designs for a development of 296 new homes (including 178 affordable homes) at Berewood. This development forms Phase 3A of the overall Berewood Masterplan site which will provide 2550 dwellings in total.

To deliver Phase 3A, IDPartnership worked within the design parameters of the Design Code for the Berewood Masterplan, and designed the scheme around the SuDS (sustainable drainage infrastructure) basins and swales which had already been built on site. Planning approval for Phase 3A was achieved in January 2017, and construction has commenced on site, with some homes now occupied.
