Project Description:

IDP prepared design proposals and secured planning approval for a small residential development in Backworth. Comprising of houses, bungalows and apartments, the affordable scheme seeks to provide dwellings for a range of potential occupants. The proposals provide a welcoming frontage to Killingworth Lane and the adjacent public green space which will benefit from two new football pitches and MUGA as part of the designs.
