Churchill’s Yard has been conceived as a sociable and inter-generational neighbourhood nestled between Blaydon and Shibdon Ponds. Separated into five blocks which are fully integrated within the landscape and feature floor to ceiling windows, a variety of social spaces await prospective residents.

Providing a modern interpretation of traditional architecture found in Blaydon, Churchill’s Yard will be the place for retirement care on Tyneside. This Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) serves over 55’s receiving at least 1.5 hrs of care per week
