Project Description:

For Home Group’s Persona development arm, a residential development providing 12 one bed flats, 88 two-bed, 86 threebed and 15 four-bed houses (201 houses). A shared surface bridle path will be provided through the centre of the site, and the proposed housing design will reference the architectural vernacular of local villages.
