Project Description:

IDP designed and gained planning consent for an exemplar care home comprising 61 bedrooms and 14 extra-care apartments with a vibrant and lively hotel-like ambience. As the site falls within the Buckingham Conservation Area, the design approach was to create modern interpretation of the traditional vernacular of the surrounding architecture.
