Project Description:

Working with Northumberland Estates and McCarthy & Stone, IDP have developed proposals for the former Duke’s School site in Alnwick. This includes; bringing the Grade II listed school building back to life through conversion into 29 apartments; a new 49 unit retirement living block; and provision of individual dwellings within the school grounds. The proposals look to respond to the rich historic context of the site and make the most of the high quality landscape setting.
