The refurbishment of the 1970s office block opposite the Royal Station Hotel has delivered 160 bedroom

Hampton by Hilton 3-star hotel within Newcastle City Centre’s historic core. The new hotel has traded well since it opened in February 2015, and visitor ratings have been exceptional.

Meeting demanding criteria for time, cost and quality, IDPartnership worked with Metnor Construction on the recladding and internal fit-out, including the interior design of the bar, reception and gym.

Conveniently situated next to the East Coast Main Line station, and adjacent to a Tyne and Wear Metro Station, this hotel is perfectly positioned to benefit from optimum access to public transport, whilst being within walking distance of the historic Grainger Town.
