Project Description:

IDPartnership were appointed through Home Group’s Regional Framework to convert a former warehouse and nightclub, located in Kendal Conservation Area, into 20 one-bedroom apartments for affordable rent. Completed in early 2019, the project provides vital affordable housing in the Lake District town in a sustainable setting close to a wide range of local amenities.
