Project Description:

This mixed-use student accommodation development will provide up to 2000 student bed spaces across six self-contained buildings. Accommodation is provided in cluster apartments, with retail units and a range of other facilities incorporated at ground level. All buildings are to achieve BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating as a minimum, and areas of sedum green roof will be incorporated to reduce water run-off and encourage biodiversity.
