Project Description:

IDPartnership prepared a detailed masterplan for a residential development of 580 new homes, which seeks to incorporate garden village principles, including generous landscaped green space, improvements to the adjacent recreation ground, and a network of green pedestrian routes.

Outline planning consent was granted in 2017 and IDPartnership are working with Greenwich Hospital, the landowner and ancient charity in support of the Royal Navy, to bring forward the infrastructure and reserved matters applications for housing on individual cells. IDP have worked to achieve reserved matters consent alongside Millers for 78 new homes and Cussins for 46 new homes, work has now commenced on site. The main infrastructure across the site, including the boulevard and central SuDS (sustainable drainage systems) area, has now been delivered, as well as a replacement sports pitch for the adjacent primary school.
