Project Description:

An extra care development comprising 58 one- and two-bedroom apartments specifically designed for over 55s in line with the HAPPI report recommendations. The scheme includes full catering kitchen, lounge/dining areas with terraces, assisted bathing, IT area, coffee shop, hair salon, activity rooms as well as external landscaping incorporating a sensory garden and allotment planter elements.

Delivered as part of Plan B Housing and constructed by Galliford Try, the scheme was highly commended at the 2017 Inside Housing Development Awards.
