Project Description:

Juniper Residential commissioned IDPartnership to prepare design proposals for retirement living for over 55s’ comprising 51 one and two bedroom apartments. Situated in the heart of Scone, the layout and design seeks to create an attractive landscape-led environment which provides opportunities for interaction between residents. In order to break up the scale and massing of the proposal, and ensure the design fits within its domestic scale context, a village-esque design approach was implemented which focuses on vertical rather than horizontal elements.
