Project Description:

This development for up to 270 new homes involved a landscape-led approach which incorporates significant landscape buffers and features throughout the site to protect existing landscape character and minimise the visual impact of the development.

The first phase, comprising 81 new homes set around a new village green, received planning permission in 2018 and earth works are currently progressing on site. Cussins will be carrying out the construction following their successful work with Northumberland Estates.
