IDP are delighted to have worked on the Orchard Dene project for Ascent Homes. The development comprises eleven luxury detached homes with a contemporary aesthetic, developed on a brownfield site in the heart of Jesmond.

We are pleased to see that the show home is generating a lot of interest in this sought after area of jesmond. The build and fit out is extremely high and will set a new standard in residential development for central Newcastle.
