Bellway Headquarters Complete
Bellway moved into their New Home - Woolsington House in summer 2020 and are settling in well. The provision of high quality staff welfare facilities, including gym, large breakout room, and roof terrace, has been a particular highlight.

PHD Research Placement - John Carr
In partnership with Northumbria University, IDP are now hosting John Carr who is studying for a PHD in adaptable and technology enabled homes. This research will be directly fed into our live design projects and in particular the seven plots designated to the homes for all ages at South Seaham Garden Village.

Gresham Receives Planning Approval
The plans are now approved for a 145 unit residential development in Gresham, Middlesbrough. The development is set to transform a redundant path finder site into a thriving and safe community for all.

IDP Move to Working From Home
IDP set up many new offices across the North East as the work force moved to working from home due to the Corona Virus pandemic. Zoom became the platform of choice for communicating and the team adapted extremely well to the change.
