Project Description:

IDPartnership prepared the design for this development of 121 homes within the former Moorgreen Hospital site in Southampton. At the centre of the hospital complex is a locally listed former workhouse, dating from 1848. Now refurbished and converted into apartments, this Victorian building has been renamed Henman House after its original architect Charles Henman.

With a number of properties already sold and occupied, IDP continue to provide technical expertise on the final phases as the build out continues.
